1. The VR psychological decompression training system uses VR virtual reality technology and professional psychological guidance techniques to create a highly immersive virtual reality relaxation experience for users. It transports users into pre-set virtual spaces and utilizes various training modules such as scenes, music, assessments, and meditation to gradually alleviate psychological stress. It provides users with multi-faceted methods for stress relief to achieve the goals of mental relaxation and physical health.
2. The system includes six major modules: stress training, music decompression, mindfulness meditation, mental relaxation, psychological assessment, and interactive games. These modules are closely interconnected. After completion, corresponding test reports can be generated, which are embedded in the system's data reports and can also be exported as PDF files for printing, allowing counselors to review and archive them later.
3. Device Management: The system automatically matches and links all online VR devices under management, displaying each VR device on the current local network in a list format. It shows the real-time connection and disconnection status of devices, and allows viewing of device numbers, real-time training content, training duration, and more physiological indicators (including but not limited to average blood oxygen, real-time blood oxygen, blood oxygen curve, average heart rate, real-time heart rate, heart rate curve, scatter plot, HRT histogram, pulse volume wave, CV, SD-NN, RMS-SD, SD-SD, PNN-50, R-NN, Max-NN, Min-NN, M-NN, M-PI, and other 20 indicators).
4. Group Control: Allows mode selection for current device users: group control mode/free mode. In group control mode, user control on the VR end is disabled and managed by the control terminal. In free mode, users can freely operate and experience on the VR end. In group control mode, the control terminal can view detailed user status information and the current mode. It can also select corresponding devices to join group control mode or remove any device from group control. In overall group control mode, all online devices uniformly perform corresponding training, ensuring that all controlled devices maintain consistent content.
5. Content Synchronization: The control terminal can select any content from modules such as stress training, music decompression, mindfulness meditation, mental relaxation, and interactive games, and distribute it to user terminals for simultaneous experience. The management terminal has the same content modules as the user terminal. The content list is displayed, and the control terminal selects the corresponding module, ensuring all VR user terminal devices have consistent content.

8. Music Decompression: Includes various types of psychological music for users to choose from, such as music for treating fatigue, insomnia, mania, anxiety, depression, neurasthenia, as well as music for relieving stress, boosting spirits, alleviating sadness, brain development, brainwave relaxation, and natural soothing—12 types in total. The music decompression scenes are 360° panoramic images, which users can select freely. During decompression, users can also switch between different scene images, play, pause, adjust volume, etc. After the music experience, the system automatically saves the experience data, which is synchronized in real-time to the local device.
9. Mindfulness Meditation: Includes various mindfulness meditation scenes, such as breathing meditation, dream meditation, deep meditation, spiritual meditation, natural meditation, and精心冥想 resources. Users can freely choose meditation scenes. During meditation, basic playback controls are available, such as play, pause, and volume adjustment. It includes no less than 4 interactive animation effects, such as twinkling starlight, falling petals, flickering flames, and floating bubbles, with one randomly appearing during training. After meditation, the system automatically saves meditation data, including training type, duration, scene, etc., synchronized in real-time to the local device.
10. Mental Relaxation: Includes resources such as 6 mental relaxation scene videos. During relaxation, VR panoramic images can be freely switched, and users can choose relaxation scenes freely. After the relaxation experience, the system automatically saves the experience data, synchronized in real-time to the local device.

Psychological Assessment: Includes 30 scales such as SCL-90 Symptom Checklist, Perceived Stress Scale, Mental Stress Self-Assessment Questionnaire, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-Confidence Test, Athens Insomnia Scale, Loneliness Test, Life Satisfaction Index A (LSIA), Personality Tendency Index Test, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale, Willpower Test, Personality Trait Test, Psychological Stress Test, and Emotional Stability Test. During assessment, users hold the controller to select answers. After completion, the assessment report display interface appears, and data is synchronized in real-time to the data report module.
12. Interactive Games: The system is divided into three sections: free venting, guided venting, and game venting. Each section includes voice-guided instructions on how to play, allowing users to quickly get started. To prevent excessive venting, all modules have a default venting time of 5 minutes, after which a prompt warns that excessive venting is harmful to health.
12.1 Free Venting: Users are in a virtual venting room scene with virtual venting dummies, punching targets, bottles, balls, and building blocks that users can freely hit. All venting actions have physical effects. Real-time display of venting time, number of items destroyed, and number of hits.
12.2 Guided Venting: Guided venting includes no less than 9 themes such as work pressure, family life, anxiety and depression, competition and cooperation, emotion regulation, interpersonal relationships, social fear, life adaptation, and mental growth. Users can freely choose different themes for venting, and after completion, a corresponding venting report is generated.
12.3 Game Venting: Game venting mode is divided into easy, medium, and difficult levels. Users can follow game instructions to hit different positions on the venting target, with effect prompts for correct or incorrect hits. In different difficulty modes, the special effects, frequency, and quantity vary. After venting, a venting data panel is displayed, including at least venting time, number of hits, number of correct hits, number of errors, hit accuracy rate, maximum combo, simultaneous hits, etc., for users to view.
13. Device Connection: VR devices connect to physiological acquisition devices via Bluetooth. After the first connection, they automatically connect by default to reduce operational complexity. After connection, during training in all modules, users can view their heart rate, blood oxygen, pulse, and other data in the scene. By clicking "View More," users can see more physiological data. During training, users can also choose to hide the data display. All physiological indicator data can be saved locally.
